Online Holistic Health Coaching For Women

Hi, I am Julia – Founder of Eat Move & Be Well. I am a holistic health coach based in the Netherlands. I guide women to live, eat, move, and be well from a place of inner clarity and in alignment with their highest selves.     

My passion for health began early. Growing up with a father who had chronic kidney disease taught me how precious our health truly is. This sparked a deep desire in me to help others heal. This calling led me to begin my journey of helping people – by becoming a physiotherapist and later earn a master’s degree in Human Movement Sciences.

With this strong foundation, I spent years exploring the incredible intelligence of the human body — how it functions, moves, and heals. My early work as a physiotherapist gave me the privilege of supporting people through physical pain, injuries and disease. I’m deeply grateful for everything I’ve learned from my studies and my patients.


From pain to finding my purpose

Through my years of study and work in healthcare, I gained deep insights into the body’s mechanics — how to treat and prevent injury. As well as how profoundly physical pain can impact a person’s life. However, over time, I began to sense something was missing. While I was helping people physically, it wasn’t necessarily part of my role or protocol to truly explore the deeper layers of their well-being. That included factors like stress, emotional and mental health, or the underlying mindsets and belief systems that play a vital role in shaping how we feel, who we are, and what we do. Our physical dis-ease and dis-comforts are often manifestations of what’s going on within — emotionally, mentally, or energetically — which is why true healing requires looking at the whole picture, not just managing symptoms.

That realisation mirrored my own journey. Despite years of education and experience in health care, I struggled with persistent physical symptoms — hip, knee, back pain, and migraines — that traditional care couldn’t fully explain. I began to experience first-hand how long periods of stress and trauma can impact our health. Most health care professionals that I met, barely considered stress, emotions or mindset for example as contributing factors. While some offered advice that temporarily eased my symptoms, the root cause was never truly addressed. 

That all changed when I met a chiropractor who worked holistically. Around the same time, I began a coaching journey that transformed my life. I started to uncover long-held patterns of chronic stress, survival-mode living, limiting beliefs, and so much more. I began to understand the deep connection between mind, body, and soul — and that real healing goes far beyond isolated symptom treatment and sees the whole person. For the first time in my life, I felt truly seen, heard and understood. 

This journey revealed how chronic stress and not properly listening to my body’s signals impacted my health. As I began to truly listen to myself and embrace a more compassionate way of living, I didn’t only find relief — I discovered my purpose.

This personal transformation led me to where I am today: guiding women on their healing journeys. My approach is rooted in the belief that we are more than our physical bodies. Our thoughts and beliefs, feelings, relationships, environments, and spiritual alignment all play a role in our health and ultimately our well-being.           

As a coach, I help women make sense of their stories — with the help of a heightened perspective, compassion and presence. I support women in healing, reconnecting with their bodies, and feeling good in their skin again. Whether you’re navigating chronic stress, physical symptoms, or a longing for more meaning and connection in your life, I’m here to support you with a holistic approach that honors every part of you.
